Once the products have left our warehouse, shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.

If you have selected "self pick-up" at checkout and wish to change to delivery, you will be required to make a manual payment of SGD 10.70 (w/ GST) to Hakko Products if your order total is below SGD 50.
